"I got to the hotel earlier than check in time, but the staff was accommodating with holding my bag's until check in time. When I arrived to check in they already had my bags put into my room for me. So many more things the staff did, but I must say the experience was just awesome. I wish there was a six star rating because this hotel deserves it. From the room, to the breakfast, to the service, and definitely the staff."

"This hotel is in a town called Wakoshi which is on the outskirts of Tokyo in the Satima prefecture. I like this hotel area more because it’s not quite as busy as Tokyo proper. The hotel is perfectly placed within the train station and is surprisingly quiet. The overall quality, for the low price is excellent. The hotel is very clean, modern and well furnished. The staff is always helpful very professional and quite nice. I especially love the free coffee machine in the lobby. There are many restaurants around the hotel and a quick train ride to everything in Tokyo."

Special mention to Mina for such superb and unparalled customer service and the lady working the morning of April 2 who helped me find a store to buy souvenirs to bring home and even print and translate for me the map and locations.
