"Great place to stay incredible quality and staff. Location is great about 4 minute walk from Yokohama station. Only downside is a bit confusing getting to. It is inside a shopping mall and you have to go to 4th floor. This also becomes annoying when coming to and from hotel as you need to navigate back to 4th floor then use the hotel elevators to your room. If they could add more direct access would benefit them"

"We absolutely loved this hotel! We had originally booked a smaller room, but upon arrival decided to upgrade to their suite. It was incredible! There was a washer/dryer in the room which was a nice surprise. The bathroom is fully remodeled and gorgeous. The hot tub with jets was a big hit with the kids. And all for a very reasonable price compared to any other miniature room/ hotel in Tokyo. The neighborhood is magnificent!!! Truly felt like we’re in real Tokyo after going to all the touristy parts. The train station in a 2 min walk and it’s so massive, we spent our entire last day there and didn’t cover 1/4 of the shops in it. We were no more than 30 min for any destination. Just beautiful neighborhood, great reception and staff. Wonderful room. Couldn’t recommend more. "
