"We absolutely loved this hotel! We had originally booked a smaller room, but upon arrival decided to upgrade to their suite. It was incredible! There was a washer/dryer in the room which was a nice surprise. The bathroom is fully remodeled and gorgeous. The hot tub with jets was a big hit with the kids. And all for a very reasonable price compared to any other miniature room/ hotel in Tokyo. The neighborhood is magnificent!!! Truly felt like we’re in real Tokyo after going to all the touristy parts. The train station in a 2 min walk and it’s so massive, we spent our entire last day there and didn’t cover 1/4 of the shops in it. We were no more than 30 min for any destination. Just beautiful neighborhood, great reception and staff. Wonderful room. Couldn’t recommend more. "

"Spacious room for two large suitcases and several personal/shopping bags. Cleaning service was every 3 days or by request. An affordable stay for two weeks for my family and I. Lots of things to do in the area and train station is close by. Only downside was the laundry room in constant use and some guests we came across were rude. Friendly staff and cafe were the highlight of this stay. "
