"I didnt appreciate getting charged a second time after pre paying. I did get a refund but it was up to me to point it out and i was given back the lower amount. So basically not good customer service. Bed was fine though "

"Located close to Anniesland rail station and the Great Western Road, out of city centre was best for me. Close to shops and places to eat. Kitchen is a good size, with a proper cooker and there is a separate dining area and sitting room. Sitting room is a good, welcoming arrangement, with a television. Didn't like the bathroom mat, I am sure that a more suitable easy to look after material could be used."

"Hotel was lovely. The lobby was really nice with lots of seating area and work spaces. The breakfast was ok. Bar service was convenient. Wish there was a coffee bar in the lobby between breakfast and bar opening. Rooms are small and basic but clean and in good condition. I’ve stayed at a motel one before and would again."
