"I had a much high expectation for this hotel. The lobby was very clean and tidy, but the room had many old fixtures. All carpets leading to the room in the hallway were disgusting… we needed to stay a few more nights, which meant that we had to extend our reservation. The first person I spoke to said nothing about needing to leave another deposit.. so when I came to pay and renew my reservation, the woman in charge said I needed to leave another deposit keep in mind. We had already left $100...

"Friendly staff. Room was ok, clean but needing desperately an upgrade soon. Bed was ok but not so comfortable. Had a first floor room and was very noisy. Overall, it was ok for 1 night. "

"Don’t stay here. At 3:50p we were told to come back in 1/2 hour; room wasn’t ready. Returned at 4:30p and front desk staff had gone to dinner. No one to check in ANY guests. Told it would be 6p before anyone there. Also the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. I want my money back but I bet that will never happen. We left and went across the freeway to Best Western and had an excellent experience."

"The gentlemen checking me in was absolutely such a polite man. The location was very clean. They serve an amazing breakfast. The pool was closed for repairs i suppose. The got water just couldn't get very hot. Warm enough you can shower, but you're not getting any steam if you you like a hot shower. Overall it was a great place to rest my head & i have no issues coming here again. Maybe update the door locks, handles & such. "

"I come to Victorville often to visit a sick relative. I've stayed in many hotels. Some ok, some better. I've even stayed at Hilton. This was my first stay at Hawthorne Suits. I believe I've found my home away from home! We had to bring our small dog this time. This was the cleanest most spacious comfortable room ever! My only complaint is the awful pillows, so next time, I'll just bring mine from home. Thank you Hawthorne!"

"Booked a room with a king size bed and they gave me a queen size bed when check in, I didn’t notice until later on. I asked staff if I could get a price difference and they said “ we don’t do that” also room I booked advertised a jetted tub in pics… there was no jetted tub in room."
