"Clean room, parking was close by. Staff lovely. We had dinner last night and breakfast this morning. Plenty of choice and food was lovely. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Comfy bed, and plenty tea, coffee and other accessories included. Thankyou"

"Great location beside the canal. Close to train and bus stations. Really friendly staff. Good spa and gym. Breakfast was good but staff were busy and looked stressed."

"The room was dirty. At first looked ok. I went to have a shower, the plug was full of thick dark hair. When looking closer at the bathroom it really was in a sorry state."
