"Great stay and location close to shops, bars and restaurants. 25 minute walk to our gig. Staff were friendly as ever, although the hotel is a maze and we kept getting lost looking for the stairs to avoid the lift and get our steps in 😂!"

There was some problem with the reservation and they took full control of the situation, checked us in and dealt with the admin part in the meantime. The room.
