"We stayed here the night before we sailed on the Queen Mary 2. It was convenient and well priced; even though I thought it was a little sketch when we arrived. I was wrong. It was perfectly safe and there are food places within walking distance. You won't need to do that if you arrive at the time their restaurant is open. They serve lots of different foods. Breakfast was delicious. We were checked in quickly and the front desk was nice and helpful. Everyone that worked there was polite and professional. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a lovely stay at Bartley lodge. Beautiful manor house on lovely grounds. Good value and good size family rooms. We loved that the pool had long opening hours. We had dinner onsite one night which was delicious and kids menu too. "

"We stayed in the Apartment. It slept 6, but there were 3 of us, so plenty of space. 2 bathrooms . No elevator , but only a couple of flights . No breakfast, but we ate breakfast at the Garden Center , 5 minutes drive away. Great place !Lodge location was ok. Obviously one would be driving to the Lodge . But an easy place to fine and easy access into Salisbury. Next door to the New Forest Lodge was an Indian Restaurant. We didn’t try it as we had eaten at a super restaurant in Salisbury. But the Indian restaurant was very busy ; lots of cars parked outside! Parking was easy and free at the New Forest Lodge . Big plus they allow dogs ! 10 pounds per night. Overall a good break and close to Stonehenge and the wonderful Salisbury Cathedral, which is well worth visiting and touring inside. Salisbury is well worth a visit !"
