The owners were most helpful providing needed information before our arrival and promptly responded when we had a question after our arrival. The caretaker lived nearby and responded with assistance on the two occasions we called him. We look forward to our next visit to Pelican Point and the Lee Shores beach house! "

"We really loved Dan’s place! You couldn’t ask for a better view. It was a great place to get away from it all. My 9 year girls loved being able to explore the beach and we found tons of beautiful shells. Great snorkeling as well! I think we saw one other person walking on the beach during our stay. We did get some no see um bites at sunrise and sunset especially, so it was nice to have the screened in patio, Would still recommend some bug spray or pants during those times. Leland, the property manager was also super helpful. I recommend his restaurant which we went to twice in 3 days, high point restaurant and bar. Thank you Dan! It was so lovely!"

"We had a great experience at this property, everything is very clean and well maintained and Lisa (the host) was very helpful and quick with responding to any questions or suggestions we had. The kids had a great time between boating, the awesome pool & hot tub and fishing right off the dock at this property - 10/10 would recommend and book again!"
