"Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food in the buffet - we were often left smelling it to find out what it what, or asking staff that kept disappearing and getting annoyed that were asking. And some basics that are expected in this caliber hotel - tea options (we were given 2 on our first night and they were never topped up, usually one is offered a selection that are often replenished), to drink a cup of tea we always had to go downstairs. So couldn’t enjoy a quiet morning/evening tea on the balcony. Slipper in the room - felt a bit cheeky make us pay for them, nespresso machine - is also the standard these days in good hotels. Questions and queries were often met with an eye roll and a reply suggestive that I have no idea what I’m talking about and this is the standard in such hotels. Such as asking about a late check out (check out is 10.30am and if you want to stay longer, you have to pay 29€ or 79€ per person). It’s these small aspects that make a stay feel comfortable and unfortunately "

"Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, gepflegtes Ambiente, Küche vollausstattung, Brötchenservice, alles was man sich wünscht. Sehr gute Anbindungen für Ausflüge. Sehr ruhig zum Entspannen. "Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub.FEWO wir beschrieben, alles sauberund gut eingerichtet. Betten in Ordnung haben wunderbar geschlafen, Küchenausstattung ok.Die Lage super, man kann in alle Himmelsrichtungen etwas unternehmen. Wandern ab Haustür, nette Wandertouren in der Nähe. Zum Ort Altenmarkt 15 Minuten bis zum Marktplatz. Diverse Restaurants, für jeden Geschmack fussläufig erreichbar. Therme war wunderbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglich-keiten für Lebensmittel und auch so zum schoppen. Herr Gernot war unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort, ein sehr netter Mann und sehr hilfsbereit.Austausch der zerkratzten Pfannen wurde innerhalb von ein paar Stunden vorgenommen.
