"We’ve stayed at this property twice before. The resort and rooms are nice. Only three complaints - 1. There was a huge airshow with the main viewing area located very close down the beach. It turned a peaceful beach into a sea of humanity everywhere. We likely would have stayed somewhere different based on our preference of peace and quiet. "Property is privately owned in a high end resort hotel. The unit is beautiful but certainly not up to the standards of the hotel as far as cleanliness. Mold, broken fixtures, stained carpet.. etc. Five days before the end of our two week stay we were told the owner sold the unit. The hotel expected us to pay them a daily rate on top of our paid reservation or leave. We were unable to reach the owner, but VRBO tried to intervene. Parking and beach chairs at the pool have a surcharge of $10 per day, it was the only thing we didn't like because the price of the rooms corresponds to these included without surcharge.
