"It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. "

"Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. "

Several light bulbs were missing or burned out. When I texted these issues to the number provided, I never got a response; no response when I emailed the contact I had, either. "This apartment has modern style! Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms as well as comfortable beds. Front and back bedrooms with their own bathroom is a plus for those traveling with kids. The back bedroom is quiet and dark at night, but the front bedroom can have some noise from the street and the blinds don't fully cover the window. So sleepers used to complete darkness might need an eye mask. This is a second story apartment with a street facing door and then stairs up to the living room. The...
