"The room was very clean. Shower tiles seemed to be new. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only real issue was operating the air conditioner. There seemed to be three settings: cool, heat, and dry. It was on "dry" when we arrived and it was very cold in the room. Changing the temperature setting did not make a difference. I tried switching to "cool" which did make it less frigid, but it also weirdly made the room feel more humid. We were never able to get it adjusted to a comfortable setting. During the night I changed it back to the "dry" setting to make things less humid, but despite setting the temperature setting to 72, when we got up in the morning the room temperature was actually at 55 degrees. Though the beds were comfortable, there just wasn't a heavy enough comforter or blanket to keep you warm and able to sleep."

"The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The room was comfortable. The bathroom floor was sticky making me think it had not been mopped recently. Black mold surrounded the grout in the shower. The hallway carpets throughout were filthy. Heavy, dark dirty stains were present; worst in front of the elevator."

"Wonderful house with an amazing pool/hot tub!! The hosts were so responsive and communication was great. The house had everything you could possibly need and then some! Lots of great little touches throughout. Can’t say enough about the backyard though, I didn’t wanna leave! Great location to hop around hill country too. Highly recommend!"

"Our stay at the farmhouse was just wonderful. The ranch is so peaceful and beautiful and we so enjoyed having a sundowner on the front porch and watching the hummingbirds. The house itself is so accommodating and comfortable. There are plenty of fluffy towels, the showers are so nice and the beds very comfortable. The big room was perfect for gathering and dining. Loved the gaggle of guinea hens running around in the yard one morning. Would highly recommend staying here. Truly a Texas experience!"

"LOVED THIS PROPERTY! We had the best long weekend here hanging in the pool and grilling out. It was better in person than the listing showed! Enough space for 20 people comfortably. The individual hotel like rooms were excellent. We would come back again in a heartbeat!"
