"The location was great for me, the place itself was fine. I found the couch to be fairly dirty, and the manual lock on the doorknob wasn't working. It was a smart door lock, which would have been fine, except I wasn't sure if it was locked or not. I reached out to customer service to see how I can verify, and had a fairly hard time getting information. Unfortunately, I kept getting info that wasn't applicable to my unit. "The problems began with several computer warnings that our reservation would be cancelled for failure to complete checkin which had already been done. That was followed by maintenance problems including the closet rack which came apart and fell, the silverware drawer which wasn't locked in properly and almost fell out of its slot, the washing machine which shook so badly it moved around in the closet, the chipped and loosening floor tiles and the loose toilet seat.
