"Didn’t like the housekeeping only coming every 3 days"

"The hotel overall was quiet clean and well-appointed My problem came at the start of the trip when the shuttle bus drivers looked at my reservation and told me they did not go to this particular hotel I waited an additional 45 minutes until I was able to convince a driver that he was to take me to my hotel. Also I found out too late that the hotel could have provided me a brown bag breakfast since I was leaving so early in the morning to catch a flight and they did not offer it to me."

"Supervisor on check in was The Best. Food recommendations. Parking info. Direvtions to the room. Easy info. Staff rest of the stay was available and happy to assist in any regards. Clean rooms. Quiet Stay. Great location for my needs while traveling for business. "

"Arrived super late, front desk person had left and nobody was able to check me in. A manager named Michael was able to transfer me to a sister property very close by and even had a slight room upgrade. Great staff."
