"As the title states , it’s true, very cozy and the small town of Frostproof is very quant. The 5th wheel is very comfortable and everything you need is there. Our host Christine was very accommodating and always available via text to answer for any questions. The property is pet friendly and that’s important to us. The property was quiet and the accommodations are a deal for the money. 10X better than staying in the nicest motel for sure !Stay here because you will be happy you did !!"

"Walked into our cottage, when you see sheets covering living room furniture, there is at auto air freshener sticking out of the a/c vent, and one hanging in the closet, when you go in the bathroom the ceiling is covered in mold. Did have clean sheets and towels. One positive thing was water pressure and hot water. I will never stay again "

"Everything was amazing the accessories were great. Location is right near a beautiful walking park that showcases Winter Haven. Host was very clear and detail orientated. The only suggestion is a softer/better mattress. The door/gate for the car is nice for protection but could be automatic for women solo travelers."
