"The window screen was loose and very noisy! The towels are thin and grayish, was there for 4 days, coffee is for one day. Not worth the money. Also, it wasn’t clear if parking is free which is important for my stay. I paid 28 dollars more per day. Overall, not worth the money I paid for my stay "

Since it was prepaid we had to use three hours over phone explaining this to hotels.com before they were convinced and provided us a similar hotel."
