Private 17 acre ranch near Haliburton, ON, great trails from house for hiking, biking or riding atv's on IB & O rail trail for 14 kms which connects to numerous other trails.
Property is totally fenced, so very safe for children and pets, 2 swing sets with slides to keep children occupied. Walking distance to McCue Lake with park and picnic tables. Approx. 5 min. drive to spring fed Wilberforce Lake with a beautiful sand beach and docks. Hot tub to enjoy day or star gazing at night, granite patio with outdoor furniture, barbecue and wooded yard and gardens to enjoy bird watching and being entertained by friendly chipmunks.
Great kitchen with numerous amenities to make your favorite meals. Wonderful sunroom, with tv or a great place to read a book. Blackout curtains in 2 bedrooms and livingroom and diningroom. Lots of parking for vehicles and atv trailers.

Heather was just wonderful. She is so welcoming and kind. She always was available through text if we had an question about the property and our stay. Her property is gated and it was so nice to bring our dog and not worry about him leaving the area. The house is clean and sweet looking, when we came she greeted us and walked us around to show us everything. Her tips on the bugs at night truly helped :) we could enjoy outdoors at night. :). The local beach is 12 mins away and the best lake me and my family swam in. Our kids had so much fun. We can’t wait to stay here again.
