"Don't believe a word of these fake 5 star reviews on Expedia about this hotel. This hotel is in the hood, Nothing but gang bangers in the parking lot. I'd give these clowns a negative score if I could."

"Upon checking in, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell that was provided for use because I could hear talking and laughing but no one was at the desk. Someone came out to assist me to check in, and I was placed in the room that was in the lobby area, with the communal coffee bar set up right outside my door. Before I could even ask, I was immediately told that the hotel was booked and I could not switch my room. I spent my stay being bothered at all hours with people talking in the lobby, people using the coffee bar. Will not be returning. "

"Not sure how this was rated 7.5 out of 10 but the entire lobby smelled like old cigarette smoke, the third floor had a weird smell to it, my room had no cable or an iron. Pretty sure this hotel is used for social services to house homeless people. Walls/doors are paper thin, you can hear everything going on in any room. Absolutely terrible."
