The location is great both for late lazy mornings and family swims, as well as Six Flags and close enough to the beach for deep sea fishing or beach fun. "The property is well-maintained, cozy and on the whole I really enjoyed it. Some amenities were missing, particularly in the bathroom - no hand towel, lack of toiletries, no place to put bathing necessities, no hairdryer. These things are easily fixed. A bigger concern is inability to lock individual rooms. I also recommend proving bottled water in the rooms and having coffee available in the morning."

"The electric entry was out of battery, so the thing beeped all night every 30 minutes! Which made sleeping impossible! Saw one cockroach in the kitchen sink."

"Javann was great & very responsive. He responded to all my messages promptly & when I couldn't figure out the lock box he drove over to help me (it was user error on my part). The neighborhood is older, but the neighbors I interacted with were friendly. Inside of the house was very clean & exceeded my expectation. There was a lot of space for my 3 kids & dog with 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen & bathroom. It also had a backyard where I could take my dog. Parking was first come, first...

"Our family (total of 6) stayed here for a few days to visit Six Flags. The house is less than 15 minutes from the park and about 20-25 minutes from many restaurants and shops and in a great neighborhood. The house was great for us! Comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of space along with extra blankets/pillows. Owners communicated promptly and check in was easy. No issues!"

"Updated townhouse with lots of beds -- great for girlfriend getaway. Walking distance to town, and down the street from Meeting House restaurant which was great for dinner. Only one parking spot and street parking is permit only, so additional cars may need to park in the lot near Meeting House."

"Very clean, nicely decorated space with very friendly host. Communication was very good, comfortable and spacious and had a lot of nice features. My wife and my daughter loved staying. Roomy and comfortable. We would definitely stay again when my daughter has an event in the area. "Kitchen, backyard, patio, refrigerator, large-screen TV, comfortable beds - AWESOME. Being able to sit on the back porch sipping coffee in the morning overlooking the backyard garden was spectacular. Didn't know bedrooms and bathroom were upstairs, but could have used the exercise anyway. Location can't be beat. I recommend this property to anyone staying in Princeton."

"This was such an incredible rental! It was immaculate! Every detail was thought out - from the super comfortable bed to the high quality shower products. Aidan was super responsive and helpful - great communication! Couldn’t have had a better rental experience!!!"

"The way the pictures are setup, makes the house seem different. The age of the house is old. It smelled, especially when you first walk in. It smelled old & like sewage. Speaking of sewage, FIX THE PLUMBING. The water ran outside the house which caused a terrible big problem. There was some kind of insect eggs in the downstairs bedroom on the blinds. Therefore, the house needs a deep clean. Also, house was half renovated in some areas. Overall, we made our trip great but the house needs work."

"This apartment has plenty of room and comes with everything to meet your basic needs. Nothing flashy but very comfortable. Loved the original architectural touches and interesting furnishings. Walls are a bit thin so if you are a light sleeper, you might want to consider some ear plugs. FYI - There was a cookie sheet and the unit has both a smoke detector and CO2 monitor."

"The house was exactly the size we imagined. It was in a nice part of Princeton where you could still walk everywhere. It had all the needed supplies for us to stay there for a week. I’d stay there again if we were in town."
