"All of the staff were extremely courteous and helped us with everything from booking taxis to forwarding our luggage to our next stay. Although I speak decent Japanese, most of the staff were able to help answer questions in English as well. We would love to stay here again!"

"Location is a short distance from station, plenty of dining options as well as convenience stores around. Area is just outside the busy area so it is quieter but access to anything you want is just a few streets over. "

"I’ve stayed here at least 15 times over the last ten years. It’s a great budget option for those who don’t mind smaller, no frills rooms. I like that they have a spa upstairs and it’s 2 minutes walking distance to Yamanote station. The staff here is always accommodating. Highly recommend!"
