The house sits on 1 acre of land that is private and allows for late evenings and party’s without worrying about being too loud or noise complaints. I know how it is! The house features top of line brand new Bullfrog Spa that has a 10 person capacity, and also brand new Sunlighten infrared Sauna that is amazing to relax at the end of the day. The house has beautiful shaded front lawn to play and enjoy the outdoors, with picnic table and views. There’s also shaded patio with out door seating to enjoy beautiful sunsets here in southern Utah! Very nice BBQ grill comes with the space. For parking there is TWO Full sized concrete pads that can fit up to 10 vehicles or more. Comes with two 2018 Honda Recon four wheelers for exploring Zion Backcountry! The four wheelers are an extra fee, but are highly discounted compared to competitor rates, and numerous trails are accessible right from the house. Also fifth wheels are welcome to park next to house as there is enough room.
