Terrible, Very Bad

Unfortunately, I received a cancellation notice at the last minute, which caused me great inconvenience as it was the time of the fair and the hotels were full. We were travelling on business and were left without a hotel to sleep in, and the host was very unpleasant as he didn't even bother to speak to us or try to help us.

Achtung – Reisewarnung wegen unseriöser Vermieterin (gebucht über FeWo-direkt)!Wir hatten über @fewodirekt eine Unterkunft gebucht, voll bezahlt, alles korrekt bestätigt – und wurden bei Ankunft plötzlich abgewiesen.Die Vermieterin behauptete, es gebe keine Buchung. Und nicht nur das: Sie stritt sogar ab, überhaupt über FeWo-direkt zu vermieten – obwohl sie mit mehreren Objekten auf der Plattform zu finden ist.Der persönliche Kontakt war unangenehm, aggressiv und absolut unprofessionell. Es gab keine Klärung, kein Entgegenkommen – wir standen ohne Unterkunft da und mussten uns kurzfristig ein Hotel suchen.Zum Glück hat der Kundenservice von FeWo-direkt schnell und unkompliziert reagiert und uns die Kosten erstattet – dafür ein großes Dankeschön.Aber solche Erlebnisse hinterlassen Spuren. Wir möchten andere Reisende warnen, genau hinzusehen und bei der Wahl ihrer Unterkunft besonders wachsam zu sein.Verlässlichkeit fängt bei der Vermieterin an – und genau die hat hier komplett versagt.
