"Old but nice hotel and we were on the 3rd floor. The receptionist was kind and helped us store our luggage at the hotel prior to check in. When we did check in, our luggage was already in our rooms, which was very nice of staff. We didn't need the aircon since it was nice and cool outside and we were happy to open the windows."

"Beautiful property not too far from train, bus and lake Lucerne. Free water and soft drinks in the mini bar replaced every day. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent hotel, beautiful room, with very comfortable beds. Rooms and bathroom very clean. Loved our stay here. My only issue was breakfast, the service was terrible, the staff were faffing about trying to look busy rather than service customers, it took 25 mins from ordering for the cooked option to arrive and the place was a ¼ full at best. I would recommend you get breakfast elsewhere."
