"This property is seriously lacking in basic amenities that usually come as standard in any rental property, for example:No coat hooks on the ground floor meaning you need to leave your coat over the back of a chair - not great if there are more than 4 of you in the property.You advertise a fully equipped kitchen however there is no teapot, no coffee maker or cafetière, no dishwasher and the hob and oven were so dirty that we could not use them. "We have stayed here before, and really enjoyed the location and the house. It’s a perfect location for us, a good sized flat, and well-equipped. The one issue we had this time was that it was late November and very cold, and the heating had not been switched on before we arrived. "Really lovely apartment just outside the city walls. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. Little extras including, sourdough bread, butter, preserves, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals, chocolate , wine and a treat from Betty's all made it feel really special and that you are very welcome. Communication before arrival was great, as was check in when we were helped with our bags down the steps and shown around. Anita (our host) was on holiday...
