"We took the metro in from the airport. Came up onto street level and the hotel was literally two minutes walk away. On check in we received a warm welcome which was great especially since the airline had misplaced our luggage and we were feeling a bit down. We eventually received the cases the following night at 2130!!! The room was small but still had space for our luggage. The one we booked meant we had to share a bathroom. These facilities were clean and not too far down the hall. There is a sink in the room which was good. The bed was comfortable, WiFi good and there is also a small desk area. Water in the showers was hot. Our room looked down towards the Central station area. Very close to access the S trains and the metro. All staff were very helpful, particularly the older gentleman who was on at night. You can easily walk to the Tivoli too. Just enter one end of the station, walk to the other side and the Tivoli is in front of you. Be aware the hotel does not have a lift and there are stairs to climb. It is stated on the booking sites so, if you have mobility issues, ask for a lower floor. Although a little traumatic without luggage we did enjoy our stay at Go Saga and would recommend."

"Very modern hotel with clean rooms and good buffet breakfast. Only downside was no water or fridge in the rooms and no tissues. There was a fee to use the pool and wellness facilities so we didn't bother. Location was nice on the river but a little away from the main restaurant scene."

"We stayed here two nights in the beginning of our trip to Copenhagen. The rooms are small, but if your plan is to only sleep there that is completely ok. Our only issue was that we were told we would be able to check in early if rooms were available but when arrived they said they did not allow early check in. It was not a problem as we used their lockers, freshened up in the bathroom, and spent some time walking around the city."

"The room was really hot. We asked if anything could be done to cool it off, we never heard back. We kept the window open all the time, but the room was still pretty hot. I’m used to hot, but this was too hot and the bedding was a heavy duvet."

"It was my first time staying in a pod hotel and it was lovely!! The pods were clean, breathable, cool lights, and sound proof. I stayed in an upper pod so I managed to climb up and down ok. The bed was comfortable too. The bathrooms were also very clean! They had all amenities. Make sure to bring your flip flops! Overall a fun cool experience. I would stay here again"

"Clean room, helpful staff, like the shared kitchen, but the room is extremely small in size. You have to crow to get on and off the bed. If you go to there before the check-in time, you need to pay for locker storage to store your suitcases."
