"Very nice and comfortable place to stay "

"Pleasantly furnished and decorated, comfortable beds, breakfast table and chairs and very efficient air-conditioning which delighted us on a frosty July night. Our room, with ensuite bathroom, and had all the inclusions expected of an Australian motel, including plates and cutlery as well as a good wifi signal. The room was very quiet; we were not aware of any noise from the adjacent highway. The motel does not have a dining room but there are fast food outlets across the road. We chose to eat dinner at the White Bull hotel a few blocks away. If it’s a frosty night, like our visit in late July, I do suggest checking working of air-conditioning and electric blankets as soon as you check-in. The air-con was so efficient we did not need the electric blankets. "

"We arrived after a terrible storm which had wiped out power for most of Armidale. They were super helpful and we were made to feel very welcome despite having no power! A lovely clean room and super comfortable beds!"

"The decor is dated and a bit kitschy but is well kept and I love all the little touches such as interesting magazines and chocolates on the bed. Very comfy mattress and pillows. I travel for work and this place is my go to, Its affordable and I feel cosy, comfortable and safe after a long day. The proprietor is lovely and clearly cares about his guests experience!"

"The property has stairs to the upper level which may not be optimum for some. The room was comfortable quiet and spacious. Location is good with access the central businness district of Armidale."
