"Very clean property from entrance to room. Room quiet, clean and well maintained. Nice little kitchen with full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes/glasses/flatware. Comfortable bed. Lots of towels. Bathroom looked new and very clean. Lots of free parking. Small, free breakfast buffet was nice but not extensive."

"Been to Bath County many times in my life and never did the B&B thing until this trip. Vine Cottage Inn is usually all booked but we caught them at just the right time. Tammy was very welcoming and let us move from the third floor to the second floor due to the number of stairs and hard for us to climb. The kitchenette is all you need and open 24hrs. Baked cookies, water, soda and hot tea available all hours. Fresh coffee in the morning, with a wonderful breakfast with eggs, ham, and a biscuit with butter and jelly. The bed was very comfortable! And the pedestal tub was great for soaking those muscles. Thank you for a beautiful stay!"

"Cozy, quiet cabin with nothing but nature to keep you company. It was perfect for 2 grandparents babysitting our 16 month old grandson while his parents attended a wedding weekend at the Homestead. We had everything we needed, plus a funny woodpecker who loved the gutter! Lol! Delightful weekend!"
