"The team was very responsive when we did not get the check in details email It’s a good rental but be warned there are a number of stairs that are not in great condition to get in which was very hard for our handicap elderly dog. "

"It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. "My wife and I loved this place during our trip to Cheyenne. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and really charming - we didn't want to leave it was so great. The check-in process was smooth and communication from the owner was great. The unit was wonderful. Location and parking was safe and access to anywhere in town was a breeze. "We arrived in a storm and the host came out and met us in the rain. He was very friendly and gave lots of helpful information about places to eat and things to do etc. The property was a basement that had been updated yet still smelled older and our things seemed damp during our stay. It also was listed as sleeping 6 but only slept three on beds. We decided to use sleeping bags and three of our kids slept on the floor. The access to the laundry and kitchen was helpful. We have to figure out that the stove was unplugged before we could thouhg. That was the only thing that threw us off a bit. But it was an easy solve. "My husband and I came to town with another couple for Cheyenne Frontier Days and this was the perfect stay! We were close to the fairgrounds and downtown, but not on top of everything where the traffic was crazy. We enjoyed the view of the park and felt very safe. Perfect size for 2 couples, would recommend!"
