Absolutely Beautiful place with Beautiful Surroundings and Views! Unit had plenty of extras like Beach towels, portable playpen, beach chairs & mats, spices, etc. It was Perfect!

The property was as advertised, beautiful decor and many amenities plus awesome balconies to sit and watch the sunset. Only issue was the hallway to the unit which had a musty smell but using the service elevator was a way around the smell even though the service elevator had very dirty carpet.

Such a lovely stay! The condo sits off a peaceful lagoon with stunning sunrises and dewy morning grounds perfe t for morning zen and yoga. The home was bright, clean, and well-equipped for cooking or relaxing. Beds were very comfortable. While the building is older with renovations in progress, security was always present and parking was easy. Pool was dated but still perfect for lounging. The location was ideal and close to fa few restaurants worth a stop, HBJ (BEST burgers), coffee shop, Bank of Hawaii, and a 24/7 Longs for all your essentials. Host left a wonderful list of local places to visit with some gems. A truly convenient and charming spot!

Decent accomodations

The host was very friendly, and shared some great tips for visiting the Hilo area. Check-in/out instructions were helpful and easy to follow. The building itself is a little tired and could use some updating/cleaning. The unit was well equipped and cozy. The beds were not particularly comfortable and overall I would rate the accomodations as 4 star

Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout. The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop. The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. Useful kitchen appliances if you were thinking of cooking but we didn't because we were out and about. The pool is on the smaller side and on the side of parking lot. We didn't go in it because it was always raining.
