"Our stay at the Sonesta Hilton Resort was amazing! From check-in to checkout, the staff provided great customer service and everyone were very friendly! We had a poolside room with a great view and the room was nice, clean, and newly renovated. The adult pool and jacuzzi were awesome and it was so nice to have a separate area for adults only. The resort is conveniently located on the beach and has plenty of restaurants and amenities so you do not have to leave the property. It is also centrally located and close to Coligny Plaza in addition to plenty of restaurants in the area. I visited the spa during our stay and it was a relaxing experience. I will definitely be returning to stay at this resort! "

"Stay was OK. On a positive note the staff was friendly and room was clean, but the furniture and decor is worn and outdated, the room was arranged awkwardly making it hard to walk around the bed. The AC didn't cool well and was noisy."

"It’s basically some apartments with some tennis courts. They offer no tennis lessons or group lessons. I felt completely miss lead. It seems most the units for rent are individually owned. So you may get a good one? Or a bad one? We got a bad one. The sleeper sofa should have been thrown away ten years ago. The queen mattress had little support. Throw pillows never washed. Dirty worn out chair. Dust thru out the place. Be sure to read the fine print. They charge $165 for cleaning and a fee per day for your vehicle. That’s a big reason why it costs so much to stay there. Not because it is some fancy tennis resort. The restaurant at the pool was awful and expensive. I noticed people mostly only ordering drinks from there. The pool was nice and clean and the beach access was very convenient. It was a very enjoyable beach . I wont be staying there again. Rent at your own risk.. Good luck.. "

"My boyfriend and I spontaneously decided to take a trip to HHI and needed a place to stay for a night. When looking for places I just wanted to stay somewhere that had a bed, a shower, and a toilet. This place popped up! After we checked in, the lady at the front desk offered us three options: a free room upgrade, an extra night for free, or 24/7 check out time. I initially chose one option but later decided to choose the extra free night bc I'd be silly not too. And she honored the request! There's fresh fruit placed daily at the check in/out area, free coffee and water. The location is great too bc it's close to shops and the beach! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back next time we're in town!"

"Beautiful villa. Plenty of room and nice view of water and sunsets. Very nice pools and grounds. Very clean and plenty of towels and other extras. Staff helpful and courteous. Would definitely rebook if ever come back to Hilton Head. Quiet but convenient location."
