of the 3 bedrooms offers a Private Bath and there is a
Private Screened in Balcony located off of the Living
Room. The Kitchen has been completely updated and
offers new Cabinetry, Granite Counter tops & Stainless
Steel Appliances. Colonnade Club is one of Shipyard's
most popular Villas. Free WiFi.
