This is a top of the line 3 bedroom villa where you'll enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean making for the perfect setting to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon relaxing on the balcony! With a large kitchen, this villa will make for the perfect space for entertaining and dining for all. What's even better is 305 Shorewood is so close you could join vacations with family or friends and have a separate but close beach getaway experience!

The fully stocked kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and breakfast counter with seating for 3. The kitchen opens to the dining table with seating for 8. The dining room flows to the spacious living area with comfortable sleeper sofa and love seat, 55" TV and sliding door access to the balcony. The balcony includes a table with seating for 6+-a perfect place to eat breakfast or dinner while watching the sun glimmer over the Atlantic.

The oceanfront master bedroom includes a King bed, TV, and private en suite with walk in shower. Guest bedroom 2 offers a king bed with private en suite with walk in shower and TV. Guest bedroom 3 features a twin over full bunk bed with additional twin trundle bed and TV.

Great location and beautiful ocean view

Our multigenerational family really enjoyed the location which was a stone’s throw from the beach and an easy walk to shops, groceries and parks.

Perfect location and complex for all ages!

The Villa, complex amenities and close proximity to Coligny made our stay wonderful. Having little one with us, it was so easy to put them in a stroller and be just steps away from shops and restaurants. The bedroom layout of the Villa is great as it provides privacy. And the response by The Vacation Company to the few minor issues we had was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at Shorewood in Hilton Head Island. The place was wonderful. We had issue with getting into the property as the key lock and code were different than we were given. Matt was very helpful and resolved issue! Would like to return next year!

Ocean view/access was excellent. Very nice pool area. Property parking limited to two cars despite empty spaces always available/ our third car had to park open lot/public beach parking. Condo had some minor maintenance issues/ did not require immediate attention or affect our stay but def needs addressed. General Location very very crowded/ lots of traffic and families with small children on bikes crossing busy streets seemed dangerous. Would not recommend this area for families with young children despite the childrens park area.

Just beautiful!

What a lovely condo! Plenty of space for all of our needs. Nice new kitchen and nice amount of stocked supplies and plenty of towels for our family! The back bedroom has a loud mattress and seemingly warmer in the back of the unit, but worked out
