4 Bedroom w/pool in Downtown Hilton Head - walk to beach, shops and dining!

Relax in complete comfort in this beautiful three-story 4 bedroom ( 3 traditional bedrooms plus reading room) town-home located just steps away from Coligny Plaza with over 60 shops, dining, cinema, grocery store, summer concerts and roof top bars.
Only a short five minute walk to the beach.
Or, enjoy the beautiful community pool located steps out the back door. (restricted to only Coligny Villa residents and guests). The family room steps out onto a private patio, a great place to relax and read or have your morning coffee.
The dining room and open den are great gathering places. The kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances is stocked with everything you need for preparing a meal.
Several bike rental companies are within walking distance of the townhouse. Bike trails are everywhere on Hilton Head Island. They are flat, with no hills to worry about. Several golf courses are nearby at Shipyard and Sea Pines Golf.
We pride ourselves on providing our guests with professional, and personal service.

Parking is located directly in front of the townhouse for a convenient and easy entrance. There is one assign spot and plenty of open spots.

During the summer months from May 15 through August 15 we only rent weekly from Friday to Friday. Monthly rates are available for December, January, February and March.

** Excellent Coligny Beach Find **

Fantastic location!! Super close to beach, bars, restaurants, and grocery store. Very responsive host. We didn’t have any issues on-site but he was great during lead-up and provided lots of info. He even let us check-in early. The complex pool is very sunny and great if you don’t feel like dealing with the sand. Everything about the unit was as pictured.

Disappointed

The property is in an excellent location. The pool is great. The unit itself was very disappointing. It needed a good cleaning. It desperately needs remodeling, at the very least repainting.There was too much wall decor giving the space a very cluttered appearance. The sheets and bedding were old, mismatched and ill fitting. The beds, however were comfortable. The second floor bathroom’s sink didn’t drain well and the exhaust fan wasn’t working. The 3rd floor bathroom had a burned out light and slow draining sink. There are many multi outlet adapters and loose outlets that are concerning.The refrigerator had water puddles and ice forming on the shelves. One smoke detector was hanging open and did not have a battery. Another one I checked did not work. A screen door on the patio door would be nice. We met a neighbor and were given a tour of a unit in the same complex that had been remodeled and tastefully decorated. It was stunning and going for about the same price. I would stay there in a heartbeat but never again in the one we rented. We thought about calling the property manager to address all these issues but didn’t want to waste our vacation time dealing with maintenance personnel coming and going. I’m sure it would have taken a long time to deal with so many problems. The owner needs to do an extensive inspection and make some improvements. It’s not in my nature to be so critical but the condition of this unit cast a shadow over an otherwise great vacation.

Beautiful Condo! Great Location!

We are locals who needed a place to stay for a few weeks while a leak in our kitchen got fixed. The owner was wonderful to work with and was very responsive. The condo is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. The location is amazing with restaurants, beach, activities and grocery store all within a five minute walk. Would highly recommend this place for a short or long stay.

Hilton Head Family Vacay

Was very pleased with location and pool at property. Close to beach and restaurants. Property manager responded quickly to an issue with upstairs AC. My only complaints are hairs all over shower and bathroom floors, shower liner had conditioner globs on it, only was given 1 towel per person for a whole week, no extra trash bags or hand soaps - description did not tell me to bring those items.

Great Family VRBO

We enjoyed our stay here! FYI - if you are flying into this location, beach chairs/umbrella, beach cart and cooler are not provided. We rented the cart and bought cooler, which we left for the next occupant. Would have been nice to have had kitchen towels/dish cloths - we just bought ourselves. We liked the close proximity to restaurants and shopping in Coligny Plaza, so we could walk and not drive!

Very comfortable and great location

My family of 7 stayed here over Easter weekend. The home is very spacious for all of us. All beds were comfortable. Great location for church, shopping, beach, and bike rentals. Easy check in / out. We are very pleased with this rental. Definitely would rent again.

Great place to stay.

We have a great time at the property. Very clean, nice pool just outside our condo, 1/2 mile walk to beach. Spacious, great and easy contact with owner when needed. We will stay here again. Very nice place and close walk to shops and restaurants.

Family Vacation

The property was so convenient to all the shops & restaurants. We didn’t drive anywhere. About a 4 block walk to beach. Pool was right out patio door House was stocked with nice linen & all kitchen items. House has 3 levels with lots of stairs. First level recently redone & very nice. Bedrooms & bath older but well maintained. Would definitely rent again

Great stay!

Overall great experience, the location is great! Our only complaint is that the third floor smells musty most likely due to the local air conditioning unit.
