✓ This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. One paid car pass is included with your reservation. Please contact your Host prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes at $17.00 each per Sea Pines.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment—all activities at your own risk.
✓ The fireplace is not for guest use due to liability.
✓ One dog will be permitted with the payment of a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee.
✓ Town quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island has planned a beach renourishment project for 2025, with the beach area next to the home expected to be impacted some time from June through October.
✓ Please note: Harbour Town Golf Links will be closed for renovations this summer. Nearby alternatives include:
