access the Sea Pines Beach Club via the FREE Sea

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is very convenient to the beach, golf courses and restaurants. The house is very equipped with everything you would need.

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, Salty Dog, pool, and Tennis/Pickle ball courts. As noted in prior reviews the house is needing a little TLC but was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

We had a wonderful family vacation! The only issue was, there was no blender, and we really wanted to make our own drinks! My bottom, part of the blender was there, but there was no top part anywhere!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed our stay at 47 SB Lane. Convenient location not far from SBRC tennis club and Salty Dog area, within easy walking distance to ocean and right near all bike paths. Lots of room for family visits. The house has a pleasant, sunlit and open interior with secluded deck.

This property suited our needs perfectly. We had our teenagers, their friends and our dogs. It was perfect for this. Our dogs loved being able to play on the beach and the property was nice and clean. My only issue would be the possibility of spraying for mosquitos around the outdoor shower. Oh and if they wanted to leave a hair dryer that would be great for guests who forget one 😊

The location of the house is excellent. The layout is great but there are so many issues with the condition I wouldn't stay again. To say the house needs an update is a huge understatement - most are minor repairs that could be made quickly but some - like boards on the deck rotting could be a safety issue and are the bathroom ceilings just in need of paint or is there mold coming through. The kitchen is ill equipped except for the most basic cooking - no chef's knife just a dull paring knife and old pans that need to be replaced. The entire unit needs to be repainted. It is a shame because it could be an excellent house but it is going to take some work.

The house has a great location, but is older and had some issues. Could use updates and a deep cleaning. Pet hair on couch, marks on walls, toilets had water rings, no hair dryer or any beach towels, limited hot water. The price was great for the location, and in Sea Pines you get what you pay for, so overall it was fine for our group. I’d recommend it, but be aware of the flaws.

This home is spacious with a nice large great room for gathering. The bedrooms are also large, good for accommodating multiple families. However, only 2 bathrooms create a little inconvenience. (the master bathroom shares the only first-floor bathroom, three upstairs bathrooms share 1 small bath). The kitchen is closed off compared to more modern open layouts, but it is large enough and has good appliances. The kitchen opens nicely to the back deck (If the sliding door was fixed). Over-all, a nice home. I would recommend this to anyone looking for excellent beach access that does not need the most up to date accommodations.

Property was easy to find and located in a wonderful neighborhood. Cleanliness of property and maintenance very poor. Digs and scuff marks throughout, bathrooms had mold, mildew and soap scum on all surfaces. There was dog hair all over. No cleaning supplies were provided. Property manager was helpful with ants and complaints about bathrooms. Cleaning people came next day and it looked no different. Sliding door off track and didn’t work toilet seat broken, spiders stuck inside pictures on walls, nail holes all over walls, paint from trim all over floors. beds and linen were clean. Very surprised at condition of house compared to cost and locale. Met neighbors who were also renting next door and for the same cost their place much cleaner and better condition.

The following could have helped with our stay at this house:* only 7 forks along with very little plates, bowls, and kitchen items* many light bulbs were missing making it impossible to see in closets and other spaces * the ice maker would only make a little amount of ice each day* the house would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and repair water damage in the bathroom and other rooms.

Beach is not busy since in residential area which was great. As stated in previous posts, house is dated but that doesn’t mean it couldn’t be cleaner! Bathrooms need a good scrub down. Deck would have been nice to use but the table and chairs are covered in bird poop. Grill was not clean as it should have been. Deck needs to be fixed up along with sliding glass doors replaced. Doors are safety issue. Nice outdoor shower.

Location was wonderful. The beach access was a short walk from the house and thankfully the beach was not crowded! Nice and quiet neighborhood and thankfully dog friendly :)
