Contemporary and highly livable with an open floor plan, conveniently located near the beach, golf courses, Harbour Town, Beach Club, and Racquet Club (tennis and pickleball). It is located on the 4th hole of the Harbour Town Golf Links. Catch the RBC Heritage Tournament or enjoy your morning coffee with the herons, ibises, and turtles that bask in the sunshine. Relax on the chaise lounges or take a dip in the pool! Have your cocktail hour and dinner on the covered deck with table seating for 6, lounge seating for many more and outdoor TV.

The fully equipped kitchen with 2 full-sized refrigerators, 2 ovens, and a walk-in pantry will be sure to make memorable meals on your vacation!

Beginning on May 5, 2025, two weeks after the finish of this year’s RBC Heritage, the world-famous, Pete Dye-designed Harbour Town Golf Links will close for an extensive restoration project. This project has a tentative completion date of November 2025. Views of the course may be obstructed as course maintenance will be taking place 5-7 days a week.

Beautiful clean home. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dish wear, cooking utensils etc for our large group. Lots of room for everyone. Lovely backyard and the heated pool was perfect for the kids…even plenty of pool towels!

Family vacation

The house was so great for our family. We fit four families perfectly. The open kitchen and family room were great to hangout in. The pool was beautiful and it was nice being on the golf course. Easy access to the beach and all Seapines has to offer.

Great property!

Super clean, well equipped kitchen, plenty of serving & place settings. We had 2 families, 2 sets of in laws, kids and older folks. Plenty of space for everyone with enough privacy as well…everyone commented on the comfortable beds. I’m pretty fussy about what I like and would rent this place again.

Beautiful house!!!

The house has a beautiful setting on the golf course, well equipped for our family of 15. House is very clean has a large pool and having bikes ready for us in the garage was so convenient. We had a wonderful time and would recommend staying at this awesome house to our family and friends.

Large house

This house is made for many people. We came with our 4 adult children and their spouses, with 10 grandchildren as well. Lots of room for everyone. Bring your bicycles because there are lots of bike trails on Hilton Head. The kids especially liked the nice pool.

July 2nd stay

everyone enjoyed their stay, beautiful house, the main beach was a little far away but we went to the beach access that was close by most of the time, one couple said their bed sagged too much but they said not to complain about it. all in all we had a great vacation.

All of the bedding was horrible. The sheets were so scratchy and very poor quality. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. The fan in the master bedroom did not work. The blinds in the master bedroom did not open and close completely, as well as the windows. The bikes that come with the house or old and cannot be relied on. We had a rent bikes from another place. Would not recommend this property

Great Family Home

We love the Sea Pines area of Hilton Head and chose this property because it was large enough to accommodate our extended family. The home was very clean upon arrival and check in was easy with the door and garage codes emailed a few days prior to the stay. The unit's two refrigerators were sufficient for all our food and the lone dishwasher got a workout but kept up each day. The pool was very nice and allowed for good entertainment when not at the beach. The only downside was that the pool company never showed for the mid-week clean so it was quite dirty by week end. Regardless the pool was enjoyed by all. The unit came with four bikes which is a must when staying in Sea Pines. We had a small issue with the sink in the kitchen and it was handled very promptly by the management company. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very nice. The only suggested change would be to add more towel racks in the bunk room. With four queen beds one towel rack wasn't enough so we ended up hanging towels in the closet. We travel to Sea Pines several times a year and overall this is a great home. The service provided by the management company was a great plus and we would certainly stay here again.

Tennis vacation:

The house was in a great location and very spacious. We were 7 men on a tennis vacation so everyone had their own room and bathroom. The house was perfect for what we wanted . We will be back next year.

57 Heritage Road was a beautiful property. We traveled with several families and the house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location was great - an easy bike ride from the beach, Harbour Town, or Sea Pines shops. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you!

Excellent house for a family of cooks!

We were here for a family reunion for the second time! We made pies and soups and casseroles while the kids swam and sampled and watched endless soccer games. Lovely place!!

Family Vacation

Our family has been vacationing in HH for over 25 years! We have rented many different homes and this one, like all the others, was amazing! The home was large enough so that everyone felt like they had their own privacy but it also had a great open living concept for times when we all wanted to be together. The kitchen was very well equipped and the many bikes and beach towels that were provided were also a nice surprise. The pool area was a favorite and the landscaping and view of the golf course was perfect! It was about a mile from the beach…those in our family who love the beach had no trouble getting their on their bikes. The only suggestion I would give might be to replace some of the king mattresses. This was a great house for a large family and we would highly recommend it!!
