• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Easy walk to ocean in 5-7 minutes, or bike it in less than 5 minutes. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

PETS: We welcome your dog for an additional fee of $350. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. Please inquire if you have questions.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended. Winter and multi week reservations policy differs-- please inquire.

POOL: Just outside the back door with beautiful and view of Sprunt Pond. Now beautifully fenced and landscaped for your safety and enjoyment. Electric heat is economical, and cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

Beautiful and Convenient Stay in Sea Pines
My family and I enjoyed our stay at a Beverly Serral property in Sea Pines. The home was very clean, well stocked with stay essentials (paper towels, kitchen dishes and tools, beach towels, etc), and was a quick 5-7 min walk to the beach. The home was beautifully decorated and the pool in the backyard was peaceful with a view of a pond. I would definitely recommend anyone staying there!

Beautiful home. Well appointed with everything you need. They did an absolute job of making sure you had everything we needed. They even had beach equipment. It’s very close to the beach. The pool was awesome. The only negative is that it’s on a somewhat busy road, so be cautious crossing with bicycles. I will be using this agency in the future.

Great place close to beach
Great location in Sea Pines. Short walk to beach was great for my family and young children. Beach was quiet and not crowded. Property had everything needed to host family and young children. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again at same property.

This property was beautifully kept. Very well stocked, clean & tidy, excellent location. View from the living room was beautiful with the pond right behind us. An easy 9-10 minute walk to the beach....didn’t need to ride our bikes there. Would highly recommend!

Great house with nice pool located on Sprunt Pond. Nice views of pool and pond from family room. We caught some fish on the pond and even saw the local gator a few times. Good location near the Salty Dog and beach. Close to bike trail which take you all over the island with the best trip being the one to the Harbour Town lighthouse.

Great experience
The house is beautiful, appears to be recently renovated with lots of space. The property is equipped with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay, including beach accessories. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away and this section was virtually empty allowing proper social distancing. The pool is a great size and depth for our children. The only negative that I noted was the blind driveway on a busy street. It made exiting the property more difficulty, but I found that turning around in the driveway was the key.

We had a great stay here! The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you need, and more! Plenty of paper products, cleaning supplies, plastic storage bags, towels, beach needs, and the kitchen was full of really nice dishes, pots, pans, etc. The pool area in back was very peaceful; partly shaded and a nice view of the wildlife on the pond. It's a quick walk/bike ride to a wide, quiet part of the beach where we had no problem social distancing. We highly recommend this property.

Great property, had a good stay minus very average weather. On a busy street is the only negative, but decent location to get to the beach. Within a quarter of a mile of the pedestrian walkway, easy ride. Multiple amenities in the house everything you need

Beautiful home for a family!
Beverly is a dream to work with, she is on top of everything and was always available when we needed her. The house is perfectly maintained, SO clean, and beyond well stocked! We have never stayed in a rental that was so fully stocked with kitchen and pantry items. We have since recommended Beverlys properties to multiple friends and family members and are certain we will be back! With two small kids the house was a perfect fit for our extended family vacation.
