The view from the fourth floor also overlooks the outdoor pool, beach, and picnic area, which are immersed in a stunning tropical landscape. Gather the family in the picnic area where you can barbecue. Maintain your daily workouts in the fitness center or swim a few laps in the outdoor or indoor pools and hot tub.

Gather together in the kitchen and the breakfast bar to prepare and enjoy a home-cooked meal. You'll have clean clothes always with the concealed washer/dryer found in a closet across from the kitchen. You can relax with a good movie on the cable-equipped TV and entertainment center in the spacious living area. You'll also enjoy the free WiFi service, enabling you to stay in touch with friends and family.

October 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, the main pool will be closed. The new serenity/adult pool and main pool will be under construction. The indoor pool and fitness center will remain open.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A top notch view of the beach. Quiet and away from the rowdy bar areas. Beautifully decorated space with two balconies. Comfy bed and pillows. I wish they included beach chairs and towels - BYO.

Clean, spacious, great view, everything worked. Only improvement that could be made for us is ceiling fans. Maybe have two oscillating floor fans available, we’ve seen that done before. We had to go buy a small fan at Walmart. But, who cares. 🤣 Great vacation again at HH

The view is just amazing, like you are right on the beach!

This is a very comfortable and clean condo/villa. We've stayed at other Villamare units before and this one has by far the best location and amazing view. Looking out of the big windows it feels like you are right on the beach. Beds and furniture are comfortable, rooms are spacious, there is lots of storage space throughout the unit. Kitchen is well equipped and has all the tools you need to cook a meal! Only thing we would add is a coat rack in the hallway especially during winter time stays, and suggest a bigger dining table (vs the round table with only 4 chairs) if you have more than 4 people staying. Although there are 4 additional bar stools for extra seating!! We truly loved our stay, enjoyed all the comforts and most of all the amazing view and sound of the ocean waves right from the balcony! Hope we can come back soon!

Condo was very nice for the most part. Did not like having sink in the primary bedroom versus a bathroom and not a fan of loose french doors on the primary bedroom versus a regular door but all else was nice. Great views and furniture was comfortable. One last comment is that parking is always a challenge in the complex unless you own a compact car that fits into smaller spaces.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is updated and has a beautiful view that we enjoyed immensely. Upon our arrival there was an issue with cleanliness that was due to a refrigerator repair needing done so we cannot blame them, but we were a bit frustrated with having to clean while we were trying to get settled and relax. The management company said they would reimburse us our cleaning fee, but we did not receive the refund. Our other issue was the lock being broke on the gate to the beach. It seemed that a crowd would form at the pool each night and drink and yell until the early hours of the morning. We called security on night two and then night three, but the group caught on and would wait and come in even later the next night. We gave up, but hoped security would pass through knowing it was an issue. We cannot blame the owner of this condo. It is lovely and in a great location with a beautiful view.

Warm get away in February

Place could have been a little cleaner in bathrooms but location and view is spectacular. The place is very roomy. I don't like having to drive 10 mins away to get the parking pass.

We were very surprised with our accommodations. The two bedroom floor plan was a great layout for two couples. The location was perfect for our golf outings and also to get on the beach. This unit had the best views. The check in process and keyless entry was very easy and without hassle. I would recommend this unit for anyone who wants to be on the beach have a pool and access to a lot of great restaurants. We would book here again!

Great location, but needs some work.

This was not our first time staying in this unit. The owners have upgraded some things that were appreciated: master bedroom and bathroom improvements, patio furniture, and common area improvements. A few things still need to be addressed: the door to master bedroom does not offer privacy from common area, especially when the bedroom lights are on, and the Wi-Fi was very slow. Overall great view, big pool, shortest walk to beach in Palmetto Dunes, nice indoor pool and fitness facility, and close to many golf courses, restaurants and shopping. Would return and recommend.

Our daughter and spouse joined us on this trip. Condo was absolutely perfect! We vacation in Hilton Head every year. We love the Palmetto Dunes area, and the Villamare community. We will be back next year...with or without the kids! Thank you!
