This beautiful property is located on the 18th fairway of the prestigious Ocean Golf Course in exclusive Sea Pines Plantation. The property is a short walk to the beach, and near the ' NEW Beach Club.' The beach club has a lifeguard on duty, restrooms, and a restaurant.

This luxury home has a gourmet kitchen with Corian counter tops, an over-sized dining room, and large gracious living area. The beautiful master overlooks a private pool and the golf course. The house is newly decorated.

The cottage has a separate living, dining, and kitchen area. A gazebo and furnished patio are ideal for outdoor entertaining.

This property is perfectly located in the middle of it all. Easy quick bike rides to beaches, harbor town and more. House is huge and divided, perfect for a large group so you don’t feel on top of each other.

Our stay was wonderful. The house and cottage gave everyone a space of their own. The main house is very large and accommodated all of us together beautifully. The location of the house is ideal, close to the beach club, golf club and Harbour Town. We all felt at home and were delighted with this rental.

Our group had a great stay. The property is beautiful and provided our group plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The cottage is also a great bonus space that worked well for us. We also had the pool heated, which was a big hit. Prior to and during our stay Jay was responsive and helpful if we needed anything. I would definitely look to stay again on a future trip!

We stayed here for a week with family and it was amazing! The house is in the perfect location for golf, beach, restaurants, and bike riding. The owner was very attentive and responds in minutes. Kitchen fully equipped, beds are compfortable, rooms are huge... I could go on and on!

Loved the roominess of the home plus the extra 2 bedroom attached space steps from main house. Location was perfect for all areas of Sea Pines Resort. The VRBO advertised online said a hot tub which apparently was not working as it was a hot tub. Other than that the house was nice and what we wanted for our family…lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and space. Definitely would stay here again.

We have been taking family vacations in HH since 1987. This was one of our better ones. The house was sufficient in size and we were able to interact but also have private time. Negatives include distance from beach and absence of some beach equipment. The owner,Jay, was very available and very quick to respond to any questions. All in all we have nothing but high praise for the property and experience. As an aside the gutters very full and need cleaning out.

Great house! Every bedroom had its own bathroom which is rare find. Bedrooms very spread out, allowing privacy for all. The cottage was awesome and very updated. The main house for sure has some miles on it, but great. We had some issues with the AC in the main house. The property owner was very accessible and did his best to resolve the issue. Communication was great and all worked out in the end. Can't wait to return next year!

9 adults, 5 children. We all had a great time. New pool was perfect. Two house complex was a big help in dividing up the family with the youngest children from the other adults. Overlooks 18th hole on the Plantation Golf Course. Great location. The owner works hard to make sure everything was handled professionally. Highly recommend.

This was our 8th annual family vacation to HHI and our first to Sea Pines. It’s not easy to find a property as pleasing as this one is for 14 of us consisting of 3 generations ages 5 to 76. I can confidently say this one is our family’s favorite and we’ve booked it again for next year. It’s centrally located in Sea Pines, a short walk to the Beach Club, very comfortable home that accommodates our large family with 7 bedrooms and baths, great gathering spots for the family inside and out. The pool and gazebo were big hits. Tastefully decorated throughout. Can’t wait till next year!

Nice property. Great pool. there was no rubbish pick up while we there. animals were getting into the trash bags at night' I called Sunset rental but they never returned my call.
