Tucked back on the Heron Point golf course sits this spacious condo with brand-new furnishings, including hardwood floors. Completely updated kitchen including cabinets, floor, quartz countertops, washer/dryer and new mattresses. This second-floor Racquet Club villa is newly painted with a neutral color palette and features a spacious layout with an abundance of natural light. You will find your rental spotlessly clean upon arrival. Sliding glass doors open to the private deck with views of the Heron Point golf course through the majestic oaks. The outdoor space is complete with a table, chairs, and a lounger. Abundant Sea Pines Resort amenities include beach access, bike trails, pool, tennis, and pickleball.

Relax on the comfortable sofas and plush armchair in the living room and enjoy a movie on the 55-inch TV. Two sofa beds are great for extra guests. The fully updated, well-equipped kitchen features newer stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, as well as plentiful cabinet space to stash vacation treats. Share meals around the dining table which includes a table leaf and chairs to seat everyone. Take in peaceful golf course views while you eat.

This condo includes two bedrooms that sleep six in total. Two renovated bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries. The main bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, armchair, and a new 50 inch TV. The newly updated, well-lit en-suite bathroom features a sleek design as well as a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a 40-inch TV, and direct access to the updated second bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The complex also has on-site pickleball courts in addition to tennis courts.

This Sea Pines Racquet Club villa is just a short walk to Harbour Town and across from the Sea Pines Tennis Center. Just a few feet from the trolley line which runs to the Sea Pines Beach Club and Harbour Town, where you can enjoy dining, shopping, and music. You're a short trolley ride, drive, or bike ride to the beach. Enjoy easy access to the surrounding coastal community. Also this unit is Snow Bird Friendly please call for special rates.

Clean and updated unit in great location

We loved the location and really appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and the quality of the kitchen and cooking supplies. Our only issue was the master bedroom king bed which was unlevel and sloped on both sides from the middle. After a rough first night of sleep, we ended up having our kids sleep in the king and the two adults slept in the queen beds.

Nice place and great location

Overall great experience. There was a lot of rotten wood on the exterior and the cooking pans need to be replaced but otherwise, it was a nice rental.

Great location to Harbour Town. Clean unit. Nice golf course view. I've been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years and this is my first time staying in Raquet Club Villas. I'd recommend it for families or a romantic getaway! Very easy walking to all Harbour Town amenities and club house!

Wonderful stay

The villa is nicely updated and quite clean. Loved sitting in the deck overlooking the golf course view. Great poop and tennis courts. Perfect location. We walked to harbour town for dinner every night. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location for our Moms wedding!

The property is in the perfect location, clean, with a beachy, cottage feel. The basic necessities were provided such as soap and coffee; which was much appreciated. We were next door to our Grandmother’s Villa which was a plus. The view of the golf course was so pretty in the fall and an easy walk to Harbourtown. We will definitely be back!

Great Sea Pines Spot

This unit was perfect for a week on HHI. The villas are quiet and the view of the golf course was peaceful. Most spots in Sea Pines were close enough to bike to from this villa. Vacasa offers a few discount offers for the area that they do not advertise ahead of time so make sure to check before renting bikes, etc.

We loved the location of this condo. It was very clean and moderately updated. The pool was close but a good 5 minute walk away. The bathrooms were very small (low water pressure in master bath) and the kitchen amenities were a bit outdated but useable. Overall we had a great stay!

Villa was perfect. Walk to harbour town and beautiful golf course view. Updated throughout. Paint, flooring, furniture bathrooms, kitchen. 2 extra large bedrooms. Extremely clean. And shuttle to the beach stops right in the complex. Love the home.

Great location in Sea Pines. Unit has the bare basics and can use a deep cleaning and paint touch up. Some maintenance needs to be done to get it in better shape. Several things were broken or in poor condition. Quiet neighborhood.

Nice condo

The location of this condo was great! Beautiful view of the golf course and walkable to Harbor town. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, very hard and uncomfortable. The one issue we had the entire stay was the keypad entering the condo would often not work. This was very frustrating and one night as we came back to the condo it was storming with lightening and all, the keypad completely quit working. I did end up finally getting a hold of someone at Vacasa’s 800 phone number and the rep gave us the code to the physical key box after my pleading. The other issue we had was at the tiny little washing machine was leaking. The repair man came out the day before we were leaving and said that it would be replaced. But while we were there, we just kept a towel on the floor for the leak. The washing machine was so small we could only fit maybe two towels in it. Overall great location and cute decor, looks like new carpet was added. But it just says other details of entering the unit and the washing machine is super important.

Great stay in Sea Pines

We enjoyed our October stay at Racquet Club Villas. The villa was very clean, and we loved its location right on the Links at Harbour Town, about a .3 mile walk to Harbour Town. Supplied with paper products, and laundry and dishwasher detergent, the villa’s owners also offered beach chairs and pool toys for use. The main bedroom was an adequate size, but its bathroom was very tight. We felt the king mattress needs replaced, also. However, our stay was great and we would book this unit again.

Spacious and Quiet Oasis

This condo is located in the perfect location of Sea Pines. The beautiful golf course is your backyard. Large deck to simply relax and watch them play or read a book. The inside is so spacious, clean and has literally everything you need. It even has a washer/dryer and A coffee maker. I love how peaceful and tranquil it is. We have stayed at the condo many visits and look forward to returning again soon. Enjoy!

Great place and great location!

We had a great time staying here. It was nicely updated and clean! The air conditioner worked great and we were comfortable sleeping. We enjoyed the use of the tennis courts and the great location to Harbour Town! In fact, one time we couldn’t find any parking at Harbour Town for dinner so we parked our car at the condo and rode our bikes. It was only a 4 minute bike ride and enjoyable.

Great Location

We had a very nice stay for 3 months. But, there was major construction replacing decks our entire stay which was loud and not very pleasant. When the decks are done, it will be nice. Honestly, this unit is set up better for short-term rentals because the internet connection can be wonky, the kitchen is not set up for serious cooking and the dryer squeals after it has been running for about 30 minutes.
