What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? This Villa is professionally managed by an on-island company. All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact the owner to report a problem and work with an absentee owner to help them address the issue.

Where can we rent bikes and how much does it cost? If you plan on biking extensively during your stay we recommend Hilton Head Bicycle Company for all your bike rental needs - 843.686.6888. And the home is conveniently located right on one of the many bike/leisure paths that take you all over the plantation.

We had a wonderful stay at Lighthouse Landing. It was perfect for our family of four. Easy walk to Harbour Town where we enjoyed shopping, dining, and climbing the lighthouse. It was quick access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, which we loved! The villa was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen was well stocked and all of the bedding was updated and comfortable. Easy access to the pool and pickleball courts within the villa complex. We loved everything Sea Pines has to offer, including the golf and access to the Harbour Town Clubhouse. John (Property Manager) was proactive in his communication and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely rent again at Lighthouse Landing. Highly recommended for small families, girls weekend or golf trips.

Lighthouse Landing exceeded our expectations with its clean, comfortable, and beautifully equipped villa in an absolutely unbeatable location. We spent five wonderful days immersing ourselves in all that Sea Pines has to offer—sunny days at the beach, relaxing afternoons at the Sea Pines Beach Club, refreshing dips in the pool, and exploring charming shops and delicious restaurants.What truly sets Lighthouse Landing apart is location, location, location! Nestled just a short walk from the heart of Harbour Town, everything you could want is right at your fingertips. The Sea Pines trolley stops just outside the villa, offering effortless access to all the best spots throughout the resort.After a full day of adventure—whether it was soaking up the sun or hitting the golf course—we loved coming back to this peaceful retreat. The villa’s outdoor space was a highlight, featuring brand-new patio furniture and cozy Adirondack chairs, perfect for evening drinks or morning coffee.Whether you're here to relax or explore, Lighthouse Landing offers the ideal Sea Pines escape. We can’t wait to return!!
