Direct Oceanfront Bright and Airy Condo

FULLY RENOVATED!

Our oceanfront, second floor condo has the best location in the complex.

This corner unit (A223), gets plenty of light and fresh air. You can watch the shrimping boats and listen to the waves as you drink your morning coffee on the balcony.

To the left, you can see our pool, the largest on the island. It is close enough to be just a few steps away, but far enough to afford plenty of peace and quiet.

Our fully updated condo comfortably sleeps a family of four. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and bunk beds in the hall. This slice of Heaven includes a full kitchen and a dishwasher for you to enjoy.

The resort has a kiddie pool & playground and is on the most beautiful beach on the island. It is safe and wide, and great for strolling, swimming, biking, or just soaking up the rays.

The property includes 10 lit tennis and Pickleball courts with pro shop and staff, as well as onsite bike, beach chair and umbrella rentals (in season). There are two restaurants on site, a Beach Bar and a miniature golf and Arcade center within easy walking distance.

If you feel like staying in for meals, but don't feel like cooking, Gatorz Sports Bar & Pizza is right on site. At the pool, there is Jamaca Joe'z Beach Bar as well as Jamaica Mon'z ice cream and Snow Conz.

Our condo includes cable TV and a brand new Smart TV. Of course, there is also free WiFi, should you want to stay connected to the outside world!

Amazing place!!

This space was great! Everything was very clean and updated. The ocean view also cannot be beat. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there are also a lot of beach toys and other beach necessities. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

A week on the beach

We had the best time at this condo! The condo was clean and perfect for our family! The beach was beautiful and the water was warm! The resort had activities at the pool everyday and was very family friendly!

We enjoyed yet another great vacation in this condo. The upgrades were wonderful. The location is perfect! It’s so close to the ocean and pools and the view is amazing. The owners respond right away and are so nice and easy to work with. We look forward to our stay next year.

Great location

The location of this condo was convenient to the beach and both pools. The view from the oceanfront balcony was perfect. While some area could use updating, it had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Communication with the owners was very quick. We would defiantly stay here again.

Great Stay

Everything was simple, with fantastic beach access. Everything was clean and well-furnished. My only suggestion might be to bring a fan for the bedroom, as air didn't seem to circulate as well in there, which made it a little warmer. Even with that small issue, we had a wonderful stay.

Great Refurbed Updated Condo

This condo has recently been refurbed and updated. The owners did a great job. The colors and décor are very pleasing and relaxing. This is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The unit has a large screen smart TV. The Internet speed is very fast at about 300 Mbps. This is a direct oceanfront unit with a great view. The unit was clean.

Best Location By Far!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were gracious enough to answer all questions prior to our stay and made the check in and stay as seamless as possible. We enjoyed the location of this unit, as the walk to the beach was short and the views from the balcony were amazing! We loved the property amenities such as the restaurants and bars! Everything is at your fingertips at this location. It is away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough if you want to go shopping, out to eat, grocery store, etc. The place was VERY clean and thoughtfully decorated! Beds were comfy and renovations were welcoming! We had a great time and will definitely be returning in the future!

Great location !!

The condo is as advertised but I didnt understand that it was a “smoking” property. When you sit on the couch all you can smell is cigarettes. Otherwise it is a great place on the beach with a wonderful view from the deck.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

We stayed for 7 days and it was just as described. You can see the ocean perfectly. The condo had everything we needed including beach toys, chairs, and a cooler which made it so much easier. We've stayed at a lot of condos and it's such a pain when you have to buy chairs and toys and then figure out what to do with them after, especially when you fly in. We were pleasently surprised by that. And we love that you actually had a full ocean view. A lot of places say "ocean view" and you may see a part or a small piece but this place is a full ocean view. The owners were wonderful. We didnt have a single issue but they immediately sent me phone numbers when we booked it to reach them at. I would absolutely stay here again. We could not have been more happy!!

Great Condo, great value

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo last week. It was our first time in Hilton head, and we had a blast. I have not been on too many vacations in the past, but wherever I do go, I prefer to stay ocean front. I was slightly apprehensive at first, because there weren't many pictures of the actual view from the condo, and from the pictures online it looks like a far walk to the beach. This was NOT the case. It was a very short walk to the beach, and had an incredible ocean front view. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed, even salt and pepper shakers and ice in the freezer. The owner was very fast to respond to any questions I had, and was very friendly. She even offered to personally bring over an iron and beach chairs if they weren't in the condo when we arrived, but they were already there! Thank you so much, we would love to come back in the future.
