Enjoy cooking at home in this updated, fully equipped kitchen that includes custom cabinets, new countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a beautiful dining table with six seagrass chairs and a glass slider to relish nature while enjoying a delicious meal.

The Primary bedroom features a king bed, a flat screen TV, access to the deck, and an en-suite private bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

As you walk up the stairs, there is a twin bed in the loft area that can be used for sleeping, relaxing, or reading a book. Just a few steps ahead is the guest room that looks out to the golf course that features a king bed and another twin bed, and an updated private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest room also has a flat screen TV and a private balcony.

You will love this condo and all that the area has to offer you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at 27 Water Oak. The unit has been remodeled and it is adorable. We came to HH mainly to play pickleball. We were close to the courts, restaurants and the general store. The unit was also extremely quiet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In 2017 my twin sister and I gave way to honor our parents memory and we’ve done so ever since, missing out only for one year. Our parents’ last trip was to the Carolinas and we, as their only children, felt Hilton Head Island would be just the perfect place. Hilton Head captures the best of how we remember our parent’s last vacation. Finding good restaurants and specialty shops. All sorts of options available: though we take life more simply...we enjoy our time in our rental reading, playing our favorite family card games, special walks by and near golf courses. Our rental provides two separate master bedrooms and suits our style. We relish the space, and our time together to honor our parents and ourselves. We walk the beach close by to our stay and we do crazy things: feet in the water, swirling bubbles in the air....doing random circles, twirls as we each call out our love to our mom and dad...It is our time to spend together, enjoy the environment and be with each other knowing how BLESSED we are to be alive, relish memories and good times...They would want nothing less for us, and Hilton Head serves us well. We’ll be back.
