Only a short 5 minute stroll (1 ½ blocks) to the spacious and open beach and the new Coligny Beach Park (a must-see) with beautiful hardwood boardwalk, showers, changing stations, gazebo, and geyser-style fountain.

Annual Ladies Getaway

This is a fabulous property in heart of everything but still a quiet location. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Within walking distance of everything in the area. Will definitely return.

Girls trip!

Traveled with girlfriends for a getaway. The house had plenty of room for a much larger group. The pool was steps away and the beach & shops were very close. We’d stay again!

Great location!

We loved this place! The set up with the two different floors for the bedrooms and bathrooms was great! Things that would make this a five star listing would be: having beach chairs on property to use and more outlets or charging stations. Loved seeing the local alligator at the nearby pond and being able to walk to restaurants and shops!

Great Stay Before Season Starts

Pictures are accurate and location is great for Coligny Area. Everything is walkable and most of the rest of the island is a bike ride away.

Art All Around

We had a wonderful time at Hilton Head. The area has tons of shops & art galleries. We went on several day trips to Savannah, Charleston, & Beaufort. Lots of historic tours. Our condo was in a great location & very quiet.

Great getaway !

We loved the condo for our family and friends. 2 spacious master bedrooms, wonderful kids bunk bed room and an extra special nook for relaxing. The owners were quick to respond and all was there that we needed for our stay.

Great set up in a great location

This condo was perfect for us and our friends. The 2 master bedrooms plus the kids room with dual bunk beds, along with the top floor loft gave everyone the space we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Location is perfect to walk to so many places in Coligny and we were able to walk to the beach as well.

Our annual vacation

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Location was the best, close to all the stores for shopping for groceries, and everything else. We had a small issue with the TV channels, I know most people don’t go on vacation for TV, but we talked to John and his suggestions were ok for us, he also followed up the next day. The place was very updated, beds and pillows were very comfortable. I’d recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely Wonderful!

My family and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! We were impressed right away with the location of the unit! It is so close to Coligny Plaza and the beach! We walked everywhere! We also loved how homey the place felt and the pool area in the back was beautiful! I spent every morning drinking my coffee at the table on the back patio admiring nature! The complex was very quiet and it was so nice to just have the patio and front screen door open! The breeze flew through the place!The owner, John, was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond! We appreciated that so much! Thank you!We would definitely stay again and probably bring more family with us next time! This time around it was just my husband and out two little ones (11 months and 2) but the unit can sleep and fit way more comfortably!

My wife and I brought our combined family of seven for a week-long stay in June 2023. We had stayed at Coligny Villas in 2022, so we were already sold on the location. The unit was perfect for us—neat as pin, upscale modern decor, a well-stocked kitchen, and reasonably priced (which is an absolute necessity when planning a vacation for a large family). The owner was exceptionally responsive and all-around good host. Highly recommended, would/will book it again.

A Must-stay!

What a great place to spend our spring break!! There was plenty of room for 9 of us, mostly adults, to spend time in the clean, beautiful indoors. But we didn't want to do much of that! The pool was well-maintained and never busy, even for spring break time. The beach was a quick walk away, and the Piggly Wiggly got lots of our business because it was so close and convenient, as were the shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental!

Great location

The townhouse is clean and in a nice quiet complex with a pool. Being close to all the Coligny restaurants, shops and piggy wiggly was perfect. The beach is nice and a pretty easy 3-4 block walk or bike ride. Bike shop is a 4 minute walk away. Just rent some bikes and leave the car parked for the week.

Excellent host and great location

3 level townhome with two full and one half bath. Property looks exactly like the photos, very nicely decorated. Home has lots of cooking utensils and everything you need. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Nice grill on the back patio and the condo pool is perfect. 10 minute walk to the most popular beach on the island. Bring a wagon and it’s easy to get all your stuff for the day back and forth. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location

Great condo! Well appointed and location was perfect. If you have little ones, would recommend a baby gate as the stairs are a little steep. The only thing I would say negative (which wasn’t a big deal) the downstairs bathroom door doesn’t shut well and there’s no lock. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say. John was quick to communicate and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding!

I’ve been coming to HHI for 15 years. We always stay in Forest Beach area. We have had 2 bedroom condos to 10 bedroom houses. This accommodated my sister and I and our families and there was enough space we weren’t crammed. The pool area is fenced in so to speak so you have to go through the condos to get there thus no one can get in from the outside. It’s very safe. Dishes are plentiful, couch was amazing. Within walking distance to the beach and coligny. Perfect.
