  • Situated in a quiet section of popular Shipyard Plantation these townhomes are the perfect place to kick-back and unwind. The private rear deck is an excellent place to enjoy a sunrise breakfast while enjoying the clean Island air. Villa has 2 master bedrooms upstairs with Queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, ½ bath downstairs, sleeper sofa, rear deck overlooking the sparkling lagoon. Cable TV (32 flat screen) w/Dvd downstairs. Downstairs laundry closet has washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. There is a sleeper sofa and half bath downstairs. Guests have access to a beach area and beautiful scenic trails for in-line skating, walking, or bicycling.
