    Comfortable Townhouse Layout
    The first floor features an open and welcoming living space with direct access to the outdoor deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, and a convenient half bathroom is located on the main level.

    Upstairs, both bedrooms offer private bathrooms and outdoor patios for added comfort and privacy:
    Primary Bedroom: King bed, private deck with lagoon views, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower

    Guest Bedroom: The second bedroom features a twin loft bed. Separately a queen bed with a premium luxury mattress for an elevated sleep experience. A crib is also included in the room.

    A built-in climbing wall adds a fun and unique touch to the space, along with a cozy reading nook for little ones.

    The top bunk has a maximum weight limit of 75 lbs and no jumping is permitted. Guests assume responsibility for use of loft bed and climbing features.

We had 2 adults and 2 children for our July 4th beach vacation and the condo was the perfect size for us. The condo was very clean and had a very open layout. The condo is right on a lagoon and we watched the turtles and ducks while we enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony each morning. We ate out for our dinners, but the kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts and lunches. The hosts provided several beach towels and had a small number of beach toys available for us to borrow. The property is extremely well-cared for with beautiful landscaping and nice common areas (green space, playground, etc.) for those staying in the complex. This was a nice add for the kiddos! The pool is right across the street of this unit and the beach is truly only a short 6-minute walk. The condo property has a long boardwalk PLUS a nice rubber walking mat out to the beach so you’re not dragging a beach wagon or walking a long distance through a ton of sand. We rented umbrellas and chairs through the Shore Beach Service and they were set out right next to our entrance to the beach by 9am each morning - SO easy! Overall, great stay and would highly recommend!
