Welcome to Sunny Hilton Head and the Island Club Oceanfront Resort. The Island Club is a family-oriented resort nestled in 25 acres of prime oceanfront property. Island Club boasts expansive beaches and breathtaking sunrises.

Our two bedroom ocean view 1275 sq. ft. villa offers spectacular views that include the ability to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your oversized balcony. The villa will comfortably sleep 5-7, so it is perfect for a family get together. The unit has been totally renovated in 2012 which included new tile, paint, custom cabinets, granite countertops, flat screen TV’s, appliances, furniture, etc. In 2020, the unit was repainted, newly furnished, and has new flooring throughout the unit. If you can name it, it was probably replaced. This is a wonderfully decorated, non-smoking unit that is ready to be booked for your next vacation.

This is a top floor, end unit which offers many advantages. First of all, it means you have no one above you or to the right of you. These units have an oversized balcony which means that the entire family can relax to the sound of the crashing waves or take in the sun. In addition, the end unit offers an oversized window in the dining room area that really lets the light shine in. Every attention has been given to the details in this beautifully renovated villa. The master suite includes a pillow top king size bed and master bath with huge walk in closet. Wake to a spectacular view of the ocean from the master bedroom and walk out to the balcony from your private entrance for your morning coffee. The guest room includes a pillow top full size bed plus a twin bed and a beautifully renovated tub/shower for our guests.

The Island Club is located in close proximity to the beautiful Westin Resort where you can enjoy your favorite tropical drink or enjoy fine dining that is a short walk down the beach (200 yards). If grilling is more your speed, the Island Club offers and maintains gas grills from a beautiful picnic area overlooking the ocean. The Island Club also has every amenity imaginable including nine free tennis courts (including several clay courts), a large heated pool with a waterfall, a children's pool with a mushroom waterfall, a tanning pool, health and fitness center, hot tub, racquetball, basketball, children's playground and bike rentals. The pool and hot tub are open mid March through October. The pool is heated in the spring and fall. The Island Club is also a gated community with 24 hour security. Children's programs are also available from June through September for ages 5-12.

Hilton Head has everything anyone could ever hope for in a dream vacation spot. Play a different golf course everyday if you choose, incredible shopping and dining and the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises anywhere on earth. Spring break getaway

This property is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we need and more, plus the view was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and there were several beach towels and chairs to use on the beach. The location was perfect for us near several beautiful golf courses. Family beach trip

This was our third year, I just reserved next year. Condo has everything we look for-it’s updated, top floor, no unit on the right side, good view of the beach from the balcony, easy walk to the ocean, grounds and building are clean/ neat, everything we need is close but not in the middle of a tourist hub.

Beautiful and comfortable condo!

This condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for my husband and I along with our 3 young children. Exceptionally clean! Beds were comfortable and everything needed was provided, including beach chairs and towels. As a family, we really appreciated all the thought and detail that went into hosting guests. Great Condo!

The condo was exactly as the pictures depict or better! Overall, it was in good condition, very clean, and had everything you could need. The view from the porch was so peaceful. The grounds and amenities are well maintained and convenient. Tim and Melissa are very prompt and thorough when responding. We would definitely stay here or at one of their properties again. Just what we needed

Our vacation at this condo was FANTASTIC! I am hard pressed to find places that I feel are clean, let alone really clean. This condo was REALLY clean and put my mind at ease. It is stocked with everything you need and has a fantastic spacious balcony. Responses from host were almost immediate. We will look to stay here again.

Loved the place

After a mishap upon arrival with housekeeping, we had a fantastic week! The owners were very responsive to our issue and took care of it immediately. We had a family of 4 and plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, and it was very quiet. The beach is a short walk and not too crowded comparatively. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking my coffee after a great walk along the beach. I highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing girls trip! 😎

We had a wonderful girls trip to HH. The unit was beautifully updated and the kitchen extremely well stocked. It was very clean, no dirt on your feet if you are barefooted. The views from the balcony were amazing! The elevator made access to the 4th floor so easy. Tim and Mellisa were very accessible and answered all questions immediately and kept in touch throughout the whole week. Will definitely come back! 😎

Hilton Head condo Thanksgiving

This was a beautiful condo. The views of the ocean were perfect. The condo had lots of space and the updates to the condo were wonderful. Love the showers with non slip flooring. Also, the owner did leave a great bottle on wine for us to enjoy. The only negative is that the tv in the second bedroom only worked with DVD's as there was no cable box for regular tv (as my guest likes to sleep with the tv on). We will love to rent the beautiful condo again. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Jan

Last minute vacation

The total experience was great. Check-in was smooth. Access to unit was convenient using door code provided by owner. No one had to keep up with keys when leaving or returning to the condo. Nice upgrades had been made recently; bathrooms, furniture, flooring, patio. Seemed like complete renovation. We’ve stayed at the Island Club over a dozen times. All units are convenient to the beach and restaurants around Hilton Head. Most condos are clean and in good condition. This condo impressed us as the nicest, most modern one we’ve stayed in thus far. Comfortable, Convenient, and Quiet

We have been traveling to Hilton Head for the last 39 years and have stayed in many different types of properties. In all this time, we have never stayed anywhere that we were disappointed, and this time was no different. The villa was absolutely beautiful and one of the most well-equipped that we have ever stayed in. It was clean and welcoming. Tim, the owner, was very responsive and communicative and made sure we felt welcomed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The corner location on the top floor also made it a very quiet location. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and wildlife in the pond. Beach access was convenient, especially with little children. The pools were well designed, and we loved the different levels. We did wish it was a little closer to the beach, however. Folly Beach was a quiet, family oriented beach, and we enjoyed staying on this part of the island. The kids loved going to Adventure Cove (which was right down the street) to play putt putt and games in the game room. We would definitely consider returning for future trips!

Hilton Head Island Club

Very nice stay on HHI

Nice, quiet location -- end unit and top floor so no noise from neighbors. Balcony overlooks the pond and ocean and is covered. Set up is perfect for company since the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit, each with a designated bathroom. Easy parking, gated community, walk to the beach and lots of extras (bike rental, tennis, pool, etc). Really enjoyed the month of February there!

Relaxing Getaway

We liked the Island Club community, and the location was perfect, right on the ocean. The balcony view was more of an ocean view (not ocean front) but was picturesque none the less The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were relatively new, as advertised. Our only complaint was that the nearby elevator had some maintenance issues and was not working properly.

Cousin trip

Unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Even though we didn't need them, I appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were available. The location was a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
