Enjoy the ocean view and wonderful ocean breeze from our 3rd floor balcony ( west side) newly remodeled. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from our balcony. We are in Building A unit 332 our condo is 4 condos back from the ocean and no one above you. Walk down the steps and you are at the broad walk 100 steps to the beach. NEW high top chairs and table on the balcony you can see over the deck . NEW BEAUTY REST PRESSURE POINT MATTRESS 2023. NEW WALK IN SHOWER . NEW 2025 updated kitchen with granite counter tops (stove, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator with ice maker and everything you need to prepare a meal. Queen sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress-2024 with 48 inch HDTV in living room. There are 4 washer and 4 dryers in the laundry room on the 1st and 2nd floor of the A building. HILTON HEAD BEACH AND TENNIS is a BEACH FRONT GATED RESORT with 24 hour security. We have key less entry.
Building A has an elevator. Additional parking passes are $35 per vehicle

Hilton Head Folly Beach visit

Loved the access to the beach, incredible. The property was clean, had everything I needed and more. A hotel couldnt have afforded me the same luxuries I needed for this extended weekend stay.

Great beach front location!

We enjoyed our week long stay at the condo! Room was clean and had all the dishes and utensils needed for cooking our breakfast each morning. We hope to be back next year!

cozy/comfy and close to the beach

Clean and very comfortable. A little on the small side, but perfect for a couple. Close access to beach. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs, but we needed that any way! Would stay again.

My stay at this property was wonderful. I had all of the basic amenities with a view of the beach. I like the convenience of on-site restaurants. And the owner was very responsive to questions.

Very clean, well furnished villa. Just steps from a quiet beach. Kitchen and bath with modern decor. Unit is stocked with everything one would need while away from home. Owners a joy to work with.

Great little place

Great little place, had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Be prepared for lots of steps though. There is an elevator but it's on the other end of the building so steps are closer and more convenient to get to the beach. Pool and beach were great. Beach disappears at high tide though so check those times to plan your beach days a bit better!

HH Condo

Nice to have starter amenities, unit as reported, but kitchen and bedroom were a little cramped (little counter space for cooking or place for suitcases in bedroom). Beach & Tennis Resort has nice music, concession stand and activities by the pool, bike rentals, beautiful beach.

Quiet Space for Two

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo and resort facilities were well maintained. The view from the balcony was nice, although you can really only see the ocean from about the right third. That was okay with us though since there was lots of other green space. Some might think the space is a bit tight for their group, but for just the two of us it was the perfect size. Nicely furnished and clean place to stay. Thanks

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!

Our original location fell through when we arrived after having reservations for a month. The owner of this property was awesome to deal with after our situation and was a breath of fresh air after having to go through what we went through after an 8 hour drive! Denise always communicated and responded within 30 minutes of any messages sent and was patient and understanding with me after what we had went through with the other reservation. This place was AWESOME and IDEALIC! We will definitely come back here and recommend this property to anyone!! On a scale of 1-10, we gave it a 15!!!

Nice unit with side ocean view

This is a nice unit with a side ocean view. The pictures describe it accurately. Plenty of towels, linens and needed kitchen supplies which was a plus. Things that the owner cannot control but may want to be considered is the amount of people in the building..we were right across from screaming kids that woke us up before 6 am and the bed is up against the hallway wall so noise can be an issue. We had a few small concerns and messaged the owner to ask about them..they were very quick to respond and were helpful. Check in was easy.

Fit the Need - No frills

Went on vacation with my family of 4 (2 adults, 4yo, and 2yo) and it fit our basic needs. We wanted to go to Hilton Head and that is what we got. Go here if you plan on spending most of the day gone to one of the Hilton Head attractions or resort amenities. The unit was average, basically a place to sleep. We made the best of it, but the unit is not conducive for a young family working around nap time, that makes most of their meals, or looking to relax between outings. The room was advertised as remodeled which was partly true, but overall misleading. I'll give it to them - the shower, dishwasher, and floors looked fairly new, but the unit has not seen any major remodel since it was originally constructed. Just lots of paint, piece-milled repairs, and mix-matched furnishings. It could also use a deep cleaning. The unit also felt dark and wet most of the time. Our towels never fully dried the entire trip. This was alittle concerning health wise. Hilton Head overall is a great place to visit. Good food, everything is within 15 minute drive, and does not have a touristy fell even though it can be busy. Beach isn't the prettiest, but it gave us our annual beach trip fix. This is not a bad unit. Just not quite what we were expecting or hoping for.

Great stay

Only issue really was the one lady we had checking us in at the convention Center. She was a little rude and not super helpful. Other than that everything was great!!! We had lots of fun! Kitchen was great Beds were great, wifi was great and most importantly the air conditioner was excellent!

Great Condo

This place was a perfect location for a quick mother/daughter getaway. The check in process was easy. Beach chairs and other beach toys were also available. The condo was clean and the porch was a great place to sit and read a book.

Pros: air condition works great, convenience if you like to take the stairs- they bring you right to the beach entrance (elevators are on the far end of the building away from the beach). There are stairs at the bottom of the beach boardwalk so you have to carry your wagon down if you bring one. Pull out couch mattress was comfortable. Nice sink, dishwasher, countertops. Parking easy, check in was easy. Cons: shower water pressure hardly enough to wash your hair, no bathtub (if you have kids), no Keurig (even tho there is one in pics- I packed K cups bc of the pic). the only view of the beach is if you sit in the very corner and are at the railing. queen bed was uncomfortable, electric stove took 20 mins to boil water. Not enough shade at the pool- direct sun all day. It was not clean. By the end of night 1 after taking shoes off inside, bottoms of feet were black. Appeared to be flooring or some type of construction materials under the bunk beds. I am aware that some of these things cannot be changed, however I would have liked to see this type of info in the reviews when I booked. Regardless, the rating is still based solely on the apartment itself.
