Direct beach access on property and just a short stroll to Hilton Head’s new Celebration Park — perfect for a fun, relaxing beach vacation!



Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

The villa is beach front which is perfect. We loved that you can walk or ride bikes on the many trails throughout the island. Perfect distance from Coligny plaza and New Adventure playground. We will definitely be back!

Great little spot and location is fantastic

For a family of 4 this was perfect. Just mere steps to the beach. Heck, close enough we could walk down the beach to Coligny Park, grab a bite, and be back on the beach. Unit was just the right size and loved how family friendly this place is.

Property was clean, ready on time and well equipped with all you need for the beach stay. Beach chairs were in great shape - not rusty. Clean sand toys and 2 bikes. Restaurants are within walking or biking distance Definitely will be back and stay there again.

Property is exactly as described. Great 1BR with two small bunks for children. Attentive host and short walk to the beach. Had all the necessary starter supplies which was perfect as we were only there for two nights. Will definitely come back.

Great vacation Needed a time to get away and change of scenery... Hilton Head is a easy drive from Georgia. Beautiful Island... An excellent little beach trip.

The property was, nice, clean, modern and cozy. Just enough space for my family of 5, but I wouldn't suggest multiple families. Walk straight onto the beach or use one of the included bikes to pedal around the town. The property manager was professional and quick to respond. Overall just a great time.
