Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining area offers a spacious setting for meals. It comfortably seats eight guests, making it the perfect place for family gatherings or dinner parties.

The expansive living room exudes warmth and comfort with beautiful wood floors, a wall-mounted Smart TV for entertainment, and easy access to a balcony where you can enjoy the area's fresh air and serene surroundings.

Retreat to the primary bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, double vanity, and a separate sunken garden tub for ultimate relaxation.

The five additional guest bedrooms provide plenty of space and comfort, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Annual Family vacation

This is the third year we stayed at 4 High Rigger with our children and grandchildren! It’s the perfect house and location for 14 of us! We love the location and proximity to the beach. The house layout fits our family needs. Communication with the owner was top notch. Thanks again!

Perfect location, great size, the 2 living areas nade it perfect for kids and adults. Easy short walk to beach and use of beach chairs was great not having to pack that extra stuff. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Great beach house! Close to the ocean and nicely secluded. Many large trees. Kids loved the pool and the adults were able to spread out in the spacious living areas. We’ll definitely be back!

90th Birthday Celebration

Thanks for having us. We loved being at HHI! Celebrating my Dad’s 90th - his adult children, gkids, and now grt gkids joined us. Property worked out great. My parents could walk to beach since it wasn’t too far - the living space was surrounded by trees so felt peaceful and private. Group could do own thing - swim in pool, golf, tennis, pickle ball, or beach were easy access. FYI - there are a lot of stairs if you have elderly people in your group.

Great, spacious vacation home so close to the beach!

We had a great week! The house was plenty spacious for two families to enjoy. Very quick and easy walk to the beach and we very much appreciated the beach tent, chairs and cart provided. Jim was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns we raised during our stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This lovely home gave us plenty of space for our extended family vacation. The open concept with living / dining / kitchen area was really nice so we could all be together around meal times & evenings. We enjoyed the beach decor also. Fairly short & easy walk to beach. Our family loved the large pool. The arrangement of the house was perfect for our family. The local manage person, Beth, was very responsive to some minor problems. Would definitely stay here again except we need 7 bedrooms for our complete family of 12.

This house was perfect for our family gathering. The house was clean and everything was as advertised. The bedrooms were large and great for our young families. Family Beach Vacation

The home is very nice. Great location close to the beach. Very nice layout for a larger group with children as the main family areas are away from the bedrooms allowing the little ones to nap without being disturbed. Lots of beach equipment there to use. Home owner responded quickly to a couple of issues. Would recommend, particularly if your group has small children.

Wonderful week with family!

My husband, children and grandchildren spent the week at 4 High Rigger. The house was plenty big for all 11 of us!! We were within close proximity to the beach which is a plus with 3 toddlers! The amenities were great and the home was just as it was described online. The property manager answered all my questions promptly! Would definitely recommend this home!
